Recreate a Cover Contest

How would you design the Dead to the World cover?

Public voting will be done in two rounds!

Prize:
A signed copy of Dead in the Family!

*We will open the contest worldwide with the stipulation that the winner, if outside the U.S., pays postal costs to their country above the flat rate box cost within the U.S. ($4.95). The package will ship at just under 1 1/2 pounds.
